Hemel Hempstead (Camelot) Rugby Club welcomes players of all ages and abilities. They currently run up to 3 senior sides, an occasional vets team and have a thriving youth and mini rugby section

Kings Langley Football Club has the first team currently competing in the Evo Stick Southern Premier League and have youth teams covering ages from 7 to 18 years old.
Hemel Aces Football Club aims to provide 'fun and affordable' football for children of all abilities from ages 6 up to 18
Since its formation in 1995, Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY) has been working to reduce the frequency of young sudden cardiac death (YSCD). CRY supports young people diagnosed with potentially life-threatening cardiac conditions and offers bereavement support to families affected by YSCD. CRY promotes and develops heart screening programmes and funds medical research.
